Meet and Greet
Meet and greet is a personalized service offered by the airline (not the airport). The employee will be met by an airline staff member and guided throughout the employee’s journey. Medical clearance will be submitted prior to the employees flight to prevent the member from being denied boarding. Our trained logistics coordinators are available to assist in selecting the appropriate flights based on the employee's medical condition. All logistics coordinators are licensed travel agents with access to a Global Distribution System (GDS).
Repatriation Medical Management coordinates a bedside to bedside service with a repatriation company to ensure that when an employee requires a hospital admission, the continuity of care is continued. The recommendation to use a medical escort is based on the IATA Guidelines provided by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) .
